Trimmer You blends the high end luxury of a 5 star premises with the discipline of an authentic military style boot camp. Our fitness instructors are active military servicemen so not only will you receive the best boot camp experience the UK has to offer, you will be supported and motivated throughout your stay by a true fitness professional. Staff Wheeler of the Royal Air Force has been working as a physical training instructor with Trimmer You since it started.
"I work with Trimmer You on a regular basis to maintain my own fitness levels while I'm away from work. I am a fully qualified physical training instructor and I lead activities such as circuit training, bodypump, boxercise, hiking and spinning on a day to day basis. EXERCISE
Since our launch we have consistently been able to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Your stay at Trimmer You will teach you how to include basic exercise into your everyday life as well as how to get the best out of your regular work-outs. We devise challenging, comprehensive and effective programmes for each of our clients so that you are working at a level which feels right for you and are able to get the most out of your stay.
We know that some people find exercise to be a chore, but at Trimmer You, no two days are ever the same. We believe that variation is key to a full body work out and also maintaining your interest, so during your time with us expect to participate in activities such as hiking, boxercise, circuit training, body pump, long runs, obstacle courses, core training, command tasks, and team games.
Even though we provide training, education and support, each individual is responsible for their own achievements. At the end of your stay with us, we provide training programs for you to take away with you and work with to maintain the level of fitness you have achieved.
NUTRITION
Here at Trimmer You we like to take a realistic approach to weight loss: we encourage our clients to make goals which they can realistically achieve during the course of their stay and maintain thereafter. Part of our realistic approach is the belief that a healthy and balanced diet can aid weight loss and improve fitness levels. The Trimmer You Nutrition Squad doesn't believe in introducing a harsh and unsustainable diet; instead they focus on educating and advising you on where you may be going wrong, and equip you with the tools to continue for a healthier lifestyle. All our produce, where possible, is sourced fresh and the menus are seasonal.
We don't encourage cutting out carbohydrates or meat, and we don't believe in starvation or tiny portions. Our menus are devised by the on-site Nutrition Squad who know that a balanced diet with all the food groups will give you the energy to complete your day. Even if you do feel a little peckish between exercises, snack and refreshments will be on offer to ensure that you feel revived not deprived.
