We know that the boot camp experience is about testing yourself with challenging and intensive exercise regimes, but it's also about taking time for yourself and enjoying your stay.

Set in the idyllic and peaceful surroundings of the rural Nottinghamshire, Trimmer You provides the perfect environment for you to maximise your potential and achieve your fitness goals. Outdoor activities such a hiking, mountain biking and circuit training utilises the lush English countryside, and a good dose of fresh air will leave you feeling revitalised and energised.

Boasting a selection of rooms (including the option of a Jacuzzi facility), swimming pool, a gym, and relaxing spa treatments, our exclusive venue is the perfect sanctuary for all your hard work during the day.

Surrounded by 16 acres, to include southerly facing landscaped gardens, it offers stunning views over the Trent Valley. Privately located and reached by its own drive way. The surrounding perimeter of the property is fenced and gated. The car park to the front of the property can fit up to 20 cars and there is also additional parking available at the side, with a gravel road way for access.

Directions By Road

If you are travelling by car we will email you the full address upon receipt of booking but if you need to get a rough idea of the route please do a route finder to Bleasby (Nottinghamshire) as this will give you an accurate travelling duration.

By Rail

Bleasby (Nottinghamshire) station is 2 miles from Trimmer You Boot Camps accommodation and if possible please book all trains to this station. Trains from London (Paddington) via Nottingham to Trimmer You Boot Camp take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you have booked your train tickets, let us know when you will arrive in to Bleasby and we will make sure a staff member is waiting for you to take you to boot camp.

By Air

Nearest airport is East Midland Airport. Distance to our venue is 30 miles however there are bus and train routes that take no longer than one hour to reach Bleasby train station. When you arrive at Bleasby we will have a staff member waiting to collect you.

Location Spain.

Our exclusive venue is set in the picturesque foothills of Mijas, Spain and only a 30 minute transfer from Malaga Airport, Trimmer you exclusive venue is one of the most luxurious cortijo's Spain has to offer. The essence of this country retreat is a feeling of relaxation and comfort, mix this with enjoying the first class training from our military physical training instructors, boot camp Spain should be the only weight loss holiday you should consider.

Travelling instructions.

Once you have booked your boot camp, please make sure you book your flights to Malaga airport and send us your travel itinerary and flight number. We will then advise on your transfer times where you will be picked up from terminal 3 arrivals (all the terminals are side by side at Malaga airport so again don?t worry if you land at a different terminal). If you can?t get a flight to arrive before 2:30 pm do not worry as we offer flexible transfers. Call or email one of our friendly advisors for more details.
