Ryan served in the Royal Engineers for 4 years and started Trimmer you boot camp early in 2010 with the help of Staff Wheeler, Lord and Clarke. Ryan will deal with most telephone enquiries and will attend all boot camps to start them off. Ryan will also be available to everyone who has attended a Trimmer you boot camp for any advice or after care.
Staff Clarke

Staff Clarke served as a Royal Marines Commando and excelled at sport representing 42 commando in Rugby, Boxing, Skiing and Dragon boat racing. Not only has Staff Clarke acheived his diploma in advanced personlal training, he also is a CrossFit and Kettle bell instructor and runs the majority of boot camps exclusively for Trimmer you boot camp.
Staff Wheeler

Staff Wheeler currently serves as a full time Physical Training Instructor in the RAF and has been involved with Trimmer you bootcamp since we opened. Staff Wheelers qualifications are endless and his knowledge and personal fitness is off the chart but here are a few of his qualifications. Circuit Training Instructor, Core Stability Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Instructor, Rehabilitation and Exercise Prescription Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Heat and Ice Injury Treatment, Spinning Instructor, Boxercise Instructor, Bodypump, Mountain Leader Instructor, F.A. Staff Lord

Staff Lord currently serves as a full time Physical Training Instructor in the Army and has also been with Trimmer you from the start. Staff Lords has a wide range of qualifications.
Staff Burns

Staff Burns joined Trimmer you in January 2011 and he is now leading all of our boot camps for 2012. Staff burns has a wealth of knowledge and his qualifications and life experience speak for them self. Staff burns has served in the Army as a Royal Engineer and Physical training instructor.
